Collection and Distribution of Welcome Packages & Dressing Room Signs:

Please make your way to the reception desk at Membertou upon arrival to collect your team's welcome package. These packages contain important information, goodies for your team, and signs for your dressing room doors. We kindly ask that you distribute the welcome packages to your players and ensure the dressing room signs are placed on your designated doors. This will help guide your team members and their supporters to the right location and enhance their tournament experience.

Roster Confirmation in GrayJay:

It's essential for team managers to confirm their team rosters in the GrayJay system before each game. Please allocate sufficient time to complete this step before your games to maintain the tournament's integrity and smooth operation.
